Get up to 25 hours of your week back.

It's like hiring an EA, a bookkeeper, a specialist in your field and a developer, rolled into one. Except it's on call 24/7, does hours of work in minutes, never forgets a thing and gets smarter the more you use it.

5 founding spots at half our usual price

Does this sound like you?

We're Kan and Ben. We both run agencies, and this was us before AI.

  • You brief someone on a job, then wonder if it'll be done right.
  • It comes back patchy, so you redo it yourself.
  • The hardest jobs and the late nights always land on you.
  • Hiring takes months. Then come leave and sick days.
  • The big problems wait while you put out fires.
  • You can't step away or trust anyone else with it.
  • You wake up anxious about what's around the corner.
  • You started a business for freedom. Now it runs you.
  • Less on your mind. It keeps track of the details.
  • Fewer handovers. You do the whole job, in real time.
  • Do a job once, and it's automated from then on.
  • Better work and faster replies, so clients are happier.
  • More capacity, so you can take on more clients.
  • Everything's written down, so leave doesn't stop the work.
  • You and your team enjoy the work again.
  • More time with family, more travel, more profit.

Set up properly, AI works like part of your team.

AI as a chat window

  • Starts from zero every time.
  • Can't see your email, calendar or files.
  • Hands you text to copy and paste.
  • Does nothing until you type.
  • Sounds like a robot.

AI set up as Nodoka

  • Knows your business from day one.
  • Works inside your own accounts.
  • Does the work where it lives.
  • Runs jobs on a schedule, before you're up.
  • Writes like you.

Like hiring a really smart intern

A smart intern is only as good as the recipe you give them. We write the recipe and set up all five parts for you.

01Brain

Everything a new hire takes months to learn: your services, clients and how you write.

02Access

Connected to the email, calendar, files and software you already use, in your own accounts.

Gmail, Outlook, Xero, HubSpot, Slack and more.

03Playbooks

Your know-how, written step by step so it works the way you do: a BAS, a loan file, a due diligence report.

04Automations

Jobs it runs on a schedule without being asked, like client notes at 5:30am and follow-ups every afternoon.

05Run it like an organisation

One intern becomes a team, each with its own job. They follow your rules, and every correction becomes a new rule.

We built it in our own agencies first

Six months on, here's what it does for us.

One request, a whole job done

Playbooks link together. After a sales call, ours writes the proposal and drafts the email to the client. An hour's work is now five minutes of checking.

Call notes → proposal → pricing → email

No more digging for files

Ask for a signed agreement or last month's report. It finds the file, attaches it and drafts the email.

Find → attach → draft → your OK

Everything matches up

It checks invoices against payments and the bank, and flags anything that doesn't add up.

Invoices ↔ payments ↔ bank → 2 flagged

The admin only you could do

The fiddly jobs that needed your memory of each client. Once that's written down, it can do them too.

Client history → the job → your sign-off

We've been running this at Social Wave over the last six months and it's been transformational for the business. We're saving upwards of 15 to 20 hours a week.

Who sets it up

Our mission is to help every service business in Australia use AI to take back their time, make more money and stress less.

Most businesses sticky-tape a few apps together and still end up doing the admin themselves. We built a custom vehicle instead, around the way we wanted to run our own businesses, so we stopped bending our businesses to fit the tech. Now we build one around yours.

Why we called it Nodoka

Nodoka is Japanese for calm and unhurried, like a quiet spring afternoon. It's how a business feels when the admin looks after itself.

Our logo is the settling ring. Fine lines start scattered at the top, like a busy week pulling you in every direction, then travel round and settle into one clean line. Busy becoming calm.

The work still gets done, on time and in your voice. You just stop being the one chasing it.

Run the business. Not the inbox.

What you get

We're setting it up for five businesses first, at half our usual price. In return, we film it and share your results.

  1. Time auditOne week

You note your tasks for a week. We find your biggest time drains, write your business handbook and agree a target with you, in writing.

  2. The installAt your office

With you and two of your team. We connect your tools and build 3 to 5 automations for your biggest time drains.

You keep the recordings and a one-page cheat sheet.

  3. The Care PlanFirst 30 days included

AI changes every week, so we keep your system current. After the first 30 days it's monthly, for as long as it's useful.

    • Check-ins on day 7 and 21
    • Updates and fixes as your tools change
    • Help when you're stuck, plus office hours
    • A monthly rundown of what's worth using
  4. The reviewDay 30

We measure your hours against the target we agreed. If you're under half, our guarantee kicks in.

What we ask in return

  • Let us film your install
  • Track your hours before and after
  • If you're happy, a testimonial and one introduction
Apply for a founding spot

Our guarantee

At your time audit we agree, in writing, how many hours a week you should get back. If you're under half that by day 30, we keep building for free or refund part of your fee. You choose.

All we ask is that you're there for the install and use what we build.

Who the founding spots are for

Accountants, advisers, brokers, buyers agents, lawyers, clinics, agencies, builders and consultants.

A good fit if

  • You run a service business with 5 to 50 people
  • Admin eats your nights and weekends
  • The know-how lives in your head, so work keeps coming back to you
  • You use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Not a fit if

  • You can't make time to be there for the install
  • You don't use cloud email and files yet
  • You want AI so you can cut staff

Questions

Anything else, ask us on the fit call.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. We set it up with you, in person. You use it by asking in plain English, like briefing someone on your team.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your files stay on your computer and in your own accounts, and you own everything it reads and writes. When it works on a task, only what that task needs goes to Anthropic, encrypted, and is normally deleted within 30 days. Anthropic doesn't train its AI on your data, and it's independently audited for security (SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001). Nothing is sent or paid without your OK.

Can I use it with confidential client files?

Yes. For law, accounting and finance firms we set you up on Anthropic's business terms, which include a data processing agreement. We also make sure your computers are encrypted and switch off anything that would share your work with Anthropic. If your data has to stay in Australia, tell us on the fit call and we'll walk you through the Australian-hosted option.

Do I have to tell my clients I use AI?

Some professions expect you to. Lawyers, for example, should be open with clients about it, which usually means a line in your engagement letter and privacy policy. Your professional body has the final say, so check its guidance.

Will it replace my staff?

No, and we won't work with anyone who wants that. It takes the repetitive steps, so your people spend more time on quality and clients.

Does it replace my professional judgement?

No. Your judgement and experience stay with you. It drafts the report or the first pass of the contract, and you check it and sign off.

What does it run on, and what does that cost?

Claude, the AI made by Anthropic, on a paid plan in your business's name. You pay Anthropic directly, and we'll tell you which plan suits you.

How much of my time does it take?

An hour for the audit interview, a week of noting your tasks, and the install itself, booked around you. Then a few minutes a day while it becomes a habit.

Why not just hire an assistant?

You could. A good one takes months to find and train, and still needs your know-how. Nodoka works from day one.

You didn't start a business to answer emails at 10pm.

Apply for one of the 5 founding spots. It takes two minutes, and if it looks like a fit, we'll book a 30-minute call.
